Selon un classement international, Tel-Aviv se situe parmi les 10 premi\u00e8res villes dans ce domaine, derri\u00e8re Hong Kong, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh, Singapore, Mumbai et Rome. La cit\u00e9 se positionne au 7e rang, alors que Paris arrive 14e et New York 27e.<\/h3>\n<p>La plus grande ville de la c\u00f4te m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne d\\&rsquo;Isra\u00ebl ne se r\u00e9sume pas qu\u2019\u00e0 sa vie nocturne et \u00e0 ses start-ups. Le c\u0153ur de la cit\u00e9 bat aussi pour la cuisine de rue. Le plaisir de s\u2019attabler est devenu l\\&rsquo;\u00e2me de Tel-Aviv et bien que de nombreux restaurants haut de gamme s\u2019y trouvent, c\\&rsquo;est la restauration sur le pouce locale qui a pris la ville d\\&rsquo;assaut. Car les Isra\u00e9liens, c\u2019est bien connu, adorent manger et beaucoup. Ils adorent la malbouffe, les plats lourds et gras, tr\u00e8s bourratifs. M\u00eame si la street food n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment di\u00e9t\u00e9tique, chaque repas s\u2019accompagne pratiquement d\u2019au moins un type de salade, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus. Pendant des ann\u00e9es, le falafel \u00e9tait le plat populaire par excellence. Maintenant, la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de street food semble devenue un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central de la sc\u00e8ne culinaire de Tel Aviv, fusion de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s provenant de Turquie, du Y\u00e9men et d\\&rsquo;Irak, adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la foule branch\u00e9e de la ville et surtout aux petits budgets. Le mode de vie en plein air alimente cette activit\u00e9 en essor \u00e0 chaque coin de rue, avec ses vendeurs de plats et de collations des quatre coins du monde mais surtout r\u00e9gionaux. Le m\u00e9lange de cuisines s\u2019av\u00e8re aussi divers que la population bigarr\u00e9e.
